As Finance Team Leader you will support the Finance Manager to organize and supervise all the finance activities that facilitates the smooth running of the organisation and to develop, advise on and implement policies related to the effective use of finance within the organisation.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Criteria 1
- A minimum of 1 years’ management experience WITH
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Finance Environment AND
- A Financial Qualification
OR
- A minimum of 1 years management experience AND
- 4 years’ experience in an Finance Environment
Criteria 2
- Experience of purchase ledger and sales ledger work
Criteria 3
- Knowledge of financial accounting software packages in particular Sage Payroll and Sage 50 Accounts
Criteria 4
- Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience of working in the Voluntary sector
