We accept referrals from a range of services/organisations and you can also self-refer.
Support is voluntary and you must want to engage with the service.
We will make contact with you within two weeks of receiving a referral request. Then, we will meet you to complete a ‘Getting to know you’ form, where you will hear more about our service and you can tell us what support you think you need.
An ‘Outcome meeting’ will then determine if we are the best service to meet your needs. You and your referrer will be informed of the decision. Priority is given to young people with high need. You may be put on a waiting list if we receive a high number of referrals.
