Space to Grow would like to welcome both parents/carers and their children to a fun and creative resilience building workshop.
Children aged 8–11 can learn about the theme of resilience through fun, hands-on activities, including designing their own Resilience Shield, a creative project that helps them reflect on the people, qualities, and coping strategies that help them feel strong and confident. While the kids create, parents and carers are welcome to unwind, connect, and share a cup of coffee. Whether you’re looking for support, inspiration, or simply a moment to connect with others, we’d love to welcome you.
