Are you aged 16-25 and struggling with your mental health? MACS Wellbeing Service is here to help. We provide tailored support to help you build confidence, develop coping strategies, and strengthen your support networks.

How we can support you

We offer two types of support, designed to meet your individual needs. At the point of referral, you’ll be asked to choose your preferred option – one-to-one support or mentoring. However, once your one-to-one support ends, you can be referred into the mentoring programme if it suits your needs.

1-to-1 Support

Work directly with a dedicated MACS Wellbeing Worker who will support you in managing your mental health, building resilience, and navigating life’s challenges.

Mentoring Programme

Be matched with a trained Volunteer Mentor for a 12-week programme based on your interests and hobbies. Your mentor will support you in developing confidence, independence, and social connections.
