Led By You is an empowering service designed to amplify the voices of young people with lived experience. Young people using our services are supported to become actively involved to share their views, ideas  and opinions through forums, locality based sub-groups and consultations to ensure their voices are heard at multiple levels in the organisation.

This helps young people to contribute meaningfully to their community and our organisation helping not only with personal growth but also fosters a culture of collaboration and inclusivity between them and the organisation as young people are listened to and are able to influence decisions that affect their lives.
