Shared Tenancy Project

At MACS, our vision is an end to youth homelessness in Northern Ireland. Finding affordable housing can be challenging for young people, especially in the area they want to live. Moving into your own place can also feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone.

Our Shared Tenancy Project, in partnership with Supporting People & the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, helps young people find suitable housemates and prepares them for shared living through our Tenancy Ready Programme.

By working collaboratively, we aim to give young people more choice, security, and independence in their communities.
