Thrive +

Thrive+ is MACS’ enhanced therapeutic support service for young people aged 16–25 who are experiencing mental health and emotional wellbeing needs alongside housing instability.
It strengthens how we support young people, with a more therapeutic, trauma-informed approach.
Through Thrive+, young people can access structured one-to-one support as well as group support alongside practical help to improve their mental health and wellbeing, build independence, and sustain accommodation.
Thrive+ is about providing the right support at the right time, helping young people build resilience, develop coping strategies and move towards a safe and stable future.
The service combines:
Evidence-based therapeutic support
