Our Wellbeing team run a B Confident group with 11 young people. Last week, the group discussed the stigma around mental health and the ways we can promote our own mental health and wellbeing!
Pauline did a lovely mindfulness exercise with a piece of chocolate – encouraging us to slow down and just be in the here and now.
We’re looking forward to seeing what Pauline has in store for us this week… (hopefully more chocolate!)
