Shared Tenancies is a service established by MACS in partnership with Northern Ireland Housing Executive. If you are aged 18-25, at risk of homelessness, be deemed homeless by NIHE, and are willing to share a tenancy with another young person, Shared Tenancies could be the service for you.
We are could support you with:
- Finding and maintaining accommodation
- Budgeting and cooking
- Managing your home
- Dealing with conflict
- Being a good housemate and neighbour
- Accessing training, education and employment
