We want to enhance our board membership and are particularly keen to attract people with expertise in HR, Employment Law, social work experience, IT and people with experience working within the Voluntary Sector.
In addition, we are also looking for an individual(s), preferably with Board experience, strong leadership and facilitation skills who is willing to undertake a role of significant stature within the Board.
Members will be required to attend quarterly Board meetings and (where applicable) participate in established sub committees such as Audit, Operations & Risk, which meet eight times per year.
