Tis the Season to give..??
Lisburn MACS are very proud of our young person Conor, who has given up his time to spread a little festive cheer to others. Conor has worked really hard to gain employment as a trainee Good Relations Worker with the Tides Training Project.
As part of his role he has been tasked to put together a project to raise awareness on homelessness; an issue which impacts the lives of many. He decided to do his own ‘Christmas Shoebox Appeal’ with the aim of raising awareness of the hardships faced by our homeless community and to offer some essentials and gifts to make things that little bit easier.
Conor has worked tirelessly over the past few weeks, sorting through donations and making up these gifts to bring to a local homeless charity. He is very thankful for all the support offered and we are extremely proud of his kind actions! ⭐️
