Without being bias, MACS is a brilliant place to work. The working atmosphere is amazing. It’s a place where you can grow and develop, and get supported along the way. I enjoy the craic that MACS have in all their buildings, everyone is also very helpful. The freedom to arrange your week as you need it and the trust that management have in their teams is great and makes you feel valued, the opportunity to try new things and learn is a big one for me. Of course the terms and conditions are excellent.
