I have done many different jobs in MACS; starting in Belfast Housing then moving to Floating Support where I’m in my new role as Team Leader.
I love that MACS actively encourage personal and professional development so that our young people and staff can reach their fullest potential. I now have an amazing team that I get to nurture and grow and challenge to make a positive impact on young people’s lives!
