Taking the time to have a meal with someone and chat about how your feeling can make a huge difference with your wellbeing.

When I was feeling suicidal it was the small things that made me feel better. Appreciating being around family and friends and opening up about how I was feeling.

Over the last year, each week I noticed myself making progress. I’m now in a place where I can’t imagine having the thoughts that I used to have. It gets better ?
