Wellbeing had lots of fun with our amazing volunteer Sandra today who taught us some new yoga moves.

Sandra talked about how important your breath is to help manage anxiety. A big thank you to all the young people who took park trying something new. And a shout out to Bella Creations who supplied us with healthy picnic boxes.
