A huge MACS well done to Saeedah & Christine for finishing their match this week.
These two ladies got off to such a great start with so many similar interests; their love of dogs being the most important. Over the last four months they have volunteered at a dog shelter, had trips to the cinema, coffeeshops and shopping in IKEA!
Saeedah describes herself as a lot more confident since having a mentor and Christine said it has been so lovely to get to know this bright young women and see her come out of her shell.
As it’s volunteer week (great timing ? ) Saeedah & Christine’s journey just goes to show what a great impact mentoring can have on someone’s wellbeing!
