I’ve been working with Sharon now for nearly 2 years, and she is due to close with Floating Support in March. She has been a pleasure to work with over this time and has come so far in such a short space of time.
Sharon is settled in her own accommodation and manages well to live independently. Working together, we focused on looking after her home and have cooked lots of yummy food together. She enjoys coming along to groups and is always up for a challenge and a laugh!
I am very proud of her and she should be proud of herself for becoming such a confident and independent young lady!
